Our History

In 1994, Aflon Limited was incorporated, and it commenced activities immediately thereafter under public designation as Aflon Computer Centre at Abuja. The two principal areas of operation were vocational training and educational publishing, both solely in the field of information technology. As at December 2009, Aflon Computer Centre has trained Twelve Thousand, Three Hundred and Nineteen (12,319) private students and Two Thousand, Three Hundred and Ninety Three (2,393) corporately sponsored participants.

Our City office location is at Plot 365, Obafemi Awolowo Way, Jabi. In the course of our over 14 years of operations, we have had to move four (4) times because of among others, a sudden increases in rent demanded by the respective landlords. Regardless, we have recorded remarkable achievements in terms of human capital development. Given greater resources, we have the capacity and capability to do far more than hitherto. The imperativeness for IT training remains a very great challenge to our company and to the country at large.

Aflon Digital Academy was established at Kuje on Monday, January 10, 2005 with Mr Dan Opoku as the Head Teacher. By the end of the first term; we were 65 students strong. We have (in 2015) now grown to about 350 students. Below was how our pupils appeared on Saturday, 12th March, 2005 at the end of the term’s party.
